Run To God

Do not let your failures push you away from the loving arms of the Father. Every time we stumble, instead of hiding or giving in to despair, run all the more into His mercy. Sin may make us feel distant, but it can never stop God from calling us back. Take a moment to confess quietly: “Lord, forgive my failings. Forgive me for being short with others, for my impatience, for the times I have hurt or neglected those around me.” In the stillness, remember this truth: Christ’s love is unfailing, endless, and merciful. Let His love fill you so completely that your heart overflows with forgiveness—for yourself and for others. Each fall is not a defeat but an opportunity to rise again, stronger in faith and closer to God. St. Augustine often reflected on his own sins, noting: “God loves each sinner more than we can comprehend, and every confession brings us closer to His heart.” St. Teresa of Avila encouraged souls to return to God promptly after every failing, saying that hesitation or desp...

Everyone We Meet Has a Lesson to Teach

God’s Divine Appointments There is a saying that goes: “We do not meet by mistake.” At first, this may seem hard to believe—especially when we encounter people who bring us pain or disappointment. In such moments, it is easy to curse the day we met them or wish we had never crossed paths. But nothing happens by chance. God allows every person to enter our lives for a reason, to teach us something important for our spiritual and personal growth. Every person we meet plays a role in shaping who we are. Some remain in our lives forever; others only for a season—but each leaves a mark and a lesson. Too often, we fail to recognize the value of these lessons until the person is gone. People teach us in many ways: ✍️ Through pain, we learn strength, resilience, and endurance. ✍️ Through encouragement, we discover confidence and courage. ✍️ Through opposition or betrayal, we learn forgiveness, humility, and reliance on God. ✍️ Through love and care, we understand gratitude, compassion, and loy...

When God Forgives, He Forgets

One day as I was scrolling through my Twitter timeline, I came across a very interesting article. Sadly, I didn’t save it or remember the exact person who wrote it, but the story stuck with me deeply. It was about a man who went to God in prayer, made a sincere confession, and obtained complete absolution for his sins. He left filled with joy and peace. But upon reaching home, he began to wonder about something he had often heard: “God forgives and forgets.” He thought to himself, “I want to see how true this is.” So, he deliberately went and committed the very same sin he had confessed the previous day. The next day, burdened with guilt, he returned to God, lamenting and weeping bitterly. God asked him, “My child, what troubles you so deeply this time?” The man replied, “My God, it is the same sin… the very same sin You forgave me for yesterday. I have fallen again!” But God looked at him tenderly and said: “My child, I don’t actually remember anything. I don’t remember the sin you ar...

QUOTE OF THE DAY

The heart of Jesus is the heart of God, it is the heart of Mercy and it is the heart of God's forgiveness and Mercy.

Quote of the Day

Mary was made Mother of God to obtain salvation for many who, on account of their wicked lives, could not be saved according to the rigor of Divine justice, but might be saved with the help of her sweet mercy and powerful intercession." - St. Chrysostom

Forgiveness Without Limits

A young seminarian was constantly bullied by one of his fellow students. One day, this companion went as far as to speak terrible words against him, falsely accusing him of something he had never done. The seminarian felt crushed, humiliated, and miserable. Not knowing what else to do, he went to his spiritual director—who also happened to be the Rector of the seminary—to report the matter. The Rector, with a gentle smile, told him: “Go back to him and say: ‘Please forgive me, for I have wronged you,’ even though you know you are innocent.” The seminarian, though surprised, obeyed. But this did not happen just once. Time and again—five or six times—he found himself in the same situation, falsely accused and deeply wounded, and each time the Rector gave him the same advice with the same calm smile. At last, wearied by the injustice, the seminarian returned and said to his Rector, “Father, every time this happens, you tell me to ask for forgiveness for something I never did. Do you not t...
