Mary, Our Mother, Guide, and Terror of Demons “Behold your mother.” — John 19:27 Reflection: At the Cross, Jesus gave Mary to all believers. She is our spiritual mother, guiding, comforting, and interceding for us. Let us honor her presence in our lives daily. Mary is not simply a distant figure in salvation history; she is our mother, our compass, and our guide in the journey of faith. God, in His wisdom, gave us Mary at the foot of the Cross when Jesus said to St. John, “Behold your mother” (John 19:27) . From that moment on, she became the mother of all believers—a sure refuge, intercessor, and companion on our way to eternal life.
