True Peace of Mind

True peace of mind begins from within. It is never found in an external being or sudden event, but in the quiet of your own soul. Once you experience this inner peace, it naturally radiates to those around you. The same truth applies to love and joy—they must first be rooted within before they can be shared outwardly. Yet, we should never forget that true peace ultimately comes from the Lord. As the saying goes: “Know God, Know Peace. No God, No Peace.” If we are sincerely searching for that lasting peace, we must place God at the very center of our lives. Only He can fill us with the peace that the world cannot give.

When The Sea Is Still

When fishermen cannot go to sea, they do not waste the waiting— they mend their nets, they sharpen their tools, they prepare for the dawn beyond the storm. For even in the stillness, there is progress. Even in the silence, there is growth. The wise know the waiting is not idle— it is a sacred preparation, a hidden sowing for tomorrow’s harvest. So it is with our spiritual life. When God seems silent, it does not mean He has forgotten us. His silence is not absence; it is divine work behind the scenes, arranging what we cannot yet see. In those waiting seasons, we too must repair the nets of our souls— strengthen our prayer life, deepen our patience, and refine our walk with Christ. For when the storm passes, our hearts will be steady, our faith unshaken, and the blessings God has prepared will abound. "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." —Isaiah 41:10 Prayer: ...

LIVE EACH DAY AS IF IT WHERE YOUR LAST!

Maybe life was always meant to be lived in smaller pieces. Not in decades, not in years, not even in months, but in days— one at a time. Maybe you don’t need to worry about how you’ll survive the next ten years. Maybe you just need to focus on surviving this one day. Get through the morning. Get through the afternoon. Get through the night. When tomorrow comes, you face it the same way— step by step, moment by moment. That’s how the weight becomes bearable. That’s how you keep moving without being crushed by the thought of forever. The beautiful thing is, when you live this way, the picture slowly forms on its own. You don’t have to know every detail right now. You don’t have to see the whole map. Each step you take builds the path beneath you. Each day you survive becomes part of the story you’re writing. Life doesn’t demand that you figure it all out. It only asks that you keep walking. And maybe… just maybe… that’s enough. Poetic Meditation One day at a time, that’s how we survive, ...

One Day at a Time

Maybe life was always meant to be lived in smaller pieces—not in decades, not in years, not even in months, but in days. One day at a time. Jesus Himself reminds us: “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34). God does not ask us to carry the burden of a lifetime all at once. He only asks us to walk with Him today. You don’t need to figure out how you will survive the next ten years. You just need the grace to make it through this day. Wake up, breathe, pray, and take the first step. Get through the morning. Get through the afternoon. Get through the night. And when tomorrow comes, God will meet you there with fresh mercies: “The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22–23). This is how the weight becomes bearable—by entrusting each moment to the Lord. This is how you keep moving without being crushed by the thought of forever...

QUOTE OF THE DAY

"If we knew the magnitude of a single prayer, we would want to pray every second of our lives." - Boni Acaca

Hell is Self Chosen

Hell is not full of people whom God rejected — it is full of people who rejected God. God never rejects us, for His mercy is infinite and His desire is that all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). To end up in hell is not to be cast there by a cruel Judge, but to remain forever in the tragic consequence of saying “no” to the One who is Love. As St. John Paul II taught, hell is not so much a punishment imposed from the outside as it is the result of freely and definitively rejecting God’s mercy. God respects our freedom — He does not force Himself upon us, nor does He impart Himself on us like the devil does. The devil manipulates, deceives, and ensnares, but God gently calls, invites, and waits. He simply leaves us with the free will to choose: Him or the devil, light or darkness, life or death (cf. Deuteronomy 30:19). It is we who must desire to be saved by Him. Salvation is God’s gift, but a gift only transforms us when it is freely received. Hell, theref...
