Pray The Rosary

"If you're in any doubt, or you need any encouragement, pray the Rosary. Pray the Rosary. It doesn't matter whether you have the cheapest Rosary in the shop, or you have one that's got diamonds on. If you haven't got a Rosary, use your fingers. But pray the Rosary. Beside my bed is a little plastic hook, and it has the cheapest, luminous, plastic Rosary you can buy. And when I wake up in the middle of the night, and something's on my mind, or I'm a bit anxious, this glows at me in the dark, and calls me to it. And I reach over from my bed, and I pray the Rosary. The Rosary is not a burden. The Rosary is a sword of peace. A powerful weapon in the spiritual battle for souls. In every Hail Mary, we join our prayers to hers, asking for hearts to be opened, for sinners to be converted, for the Kingdom of Christ to come in all its fullness. The Immaculate Heart of Mary is a doorway to Christ. May her Immaculate Heart reign in our hearts, in our homes, and in our world. May her Immaculate Heart be the radiant reflection of Christ's merciful salvation, offered freely to all." Archbishop John Wilson, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Southwark in the Catholic Church.
